I was converted under Dutch Sheets’ ministry, long before he became a big name.

That’s right, in September of 1991.

I don’t know if he’d yet met Charles Finney, or if he was yet promoted to the role of Holy Spirit reminder, but I recall that he was preaching the night I was converted.

I don’t remember the encounter well, but evidently nothing that the Holy Spirit was telling him about me let him know that the new convert standing in front of him was going to devote his years of ministry to undoing the damage that Charles Finney has done to American Christianity.

Does this prove conclusively that Dutch Sheets is a false prophet? No, but it’s evidence in that column.
