Bags of Bran

Do you have a sensitive nose? I do.

For example, there exists in our home a bottle of shower cleaning spray. It says, right there on the bottle, “New Fresh Breeze Scent.” Now, I am not quite old enough to have experienced a chlorine gas attack in trench warfare, but that is probably what would have been occurring on the lovely spring day when they decided on “Fresh Breeze” as the name for that particular smell. It’s lovely shower cleaning spray, but it smells like a bad day on the Somme rather than “My Heart Is In the Highlands.”

Perhaps my expectations are too high.
